Beautiful and quiet
The view from the Seaview rooms are really wonderful. We had coffee at the balcony every morning just to enjoy the view. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was just the right size with quiet corners if you want some privacy. We went for daily massages at a very good massage place just across the road called Dar Lar Massage. Excellent massages and really value for money. And the cafe to the left of the hotel across the road... the food was just wow.
The lobby had a tiny table tennis table and a really small pool table. Why not have a proper sized one for both? Would be nice to have pool staff go around to ask if guests wants to order any drinks or food poolside.. We had to approach staff at the bar to order. And staff did not come back to clear the plates. We had ro bring it to the bar so as not to attract flies. Food was delicious and staff were nice and friendly.

Very Good
I checked in at 3pm and room was given only by 5pm, therefore I have asked for 2pm late check out, the female attendance had a hard time understanding and was initially denied. We asked for manager to access situation and was kindly resolved.

Excellent hotel but well outside Patong
Room spacious. Private infinity pool large (width of patio). Restaurant good with plenty of choice of both Thai and European dishes.
It is a resort hotel built on a steep hillside, some way away from Patong. Once at the hotel you needed to call for an electric buggy to get to the main reception and then a taxi if you wanted to get into town or an outside restaurant for a change. We stayed for 3 days so didn't bother.
